We’re very excited to invite students to join our Association!
In order to be eligible for student memberships an applicant must:
1. Be over 18 years of age and of good moral character.
2. Be a Canadian citizen, a Landed Immigrant or possess a valid and relevant Work Permit or Canadian Study Visa.
3. Be a student in good standing in recognized full-time program of equivalent hours (totaling 1900 minimum classroom and which include 450 hrs clinical hours in the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine/Oriental Medicine Acupuncture).
4. Be more than 3 months from Graduation
5. Submit criminal record check
Please note:
Students may attend meetings and events.
Students will not receive a NSAA registration number and not have voting privileges.
The annual student membership fee is $50 and due upon acceptance into the association.
Upon completion of training, students will need to reapply and fulfill all requirements to become an active member.

Upon acceptance:
You will receive a copy of the Constitution & By-Laws by email to read. A confirmation email must be sent confirming the Constitution & By-Laws have been read and are understood and signed.
Annual Dues will be payable upon acceptance and thereafter each year on March 31. Currently, dues are $50.00.
Proof of student liability insurance is due upon acceptance and therefore each year on March 31.
